摘要 介绍了RTP协议及其视频信息的传输控制方法。设计和实现了一个基于实际网络的实时视频传输系统。并且重点讨论与研究了视频实时传输的控制方法,以及基于H.26X的自适应编码方法的初步研究。同时使用Visual C++6.0具体实现传输系统的主要功能,最后给出了部分实验结果。 The protocol of RTP and transmission control are mainly introduced. A real-time video transmission is designed and realized on IP network. As well as Qos and adaptive encoding on H.26x is main studied in detail. Main function of the system is realized with visual C++6.0, and experimental results are given finally.
