摘要
随着信息社会的到来和电子政务在我国的普及,信息系统的建设成为当今一个十分重要的研究课题。如何提高档案管理的效率和档案信息的利用率,是档案管理机构所面临的一个重要任务。在分析档案管理系统功能的基础上,采用浏览器/服务器的设计模式,使用动态网页设计技术,对档案管理系统进行了设计和开发,给出了系统数据库中各数据表的设计结果和档案管理系统各管理页面的具体实现,解决了文本文件和图片文件格式不统一的问题,最终达到了档案管理系统设计和开发的目的和要求。
Along with the coming of the information word and the popularization of the electron government affair, today, the construction of information system becomes a very important research task. How to enhance the efficiency of archives management and how to make full use of archives resources have become an important task of the archives management organization. After analyzing the function of archives management system, design and developing of archives management system is performed by using the B/S mode and the ASP technique, results of data table design of system database and realization of all the management page of archives management system are provided, and the problem of format disunity between the text file and the picture file is resolved. Finally, the aim and requirements of the archives management system are achieved.
