Application of Controlled Rolling Technique in the Production Process of Medium Plate

近年来,控制轧制技术越来越被人们所重视,有关方面的研究成果也取得了不少,并且在生产上也得到了应用推广。但是,在中板生产厂家,除少数几家设备条件较精良的外,它的社会效益还没有得到充分的发挥。本文阐述了拥有一般水平设备的中板生产厂家如何应用控制轧制技术来提高产品质量,增加企业经济效益。

In recent years ,controlled rolling technique is drawing more and more attention of the people. Not a few research achievements have been obtained in relevant aspects and their application and popularization have found way in production. However,among the medium plate producers, except for a few producers having excellent facilities, the social benefit has not been fully developed. This article describes how some medium plate producers having facilities of ordinary level improve their product quality and increase economic efficiency of the enterprises by using controlled rolling technique.
