摘要
无锡市城北污水处理厂扩建工程因增加水解酸化池预处理单元而需加大进水污水泵扬程,通过合理布置和计算机编程精确求解,以原有低扬程泵和新选高扬程泵运行工况点均在高效区为约束条件,得出原水泵保留,增加2台大泵并联的设计结论,运行工况与理论计算基本吻合。
The lifting head of the inlet pumping station in the designed extend project of Chengbei Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wuxi City has to be increased to compensate the added hydraulic drop at the pre-treatment of anaerobic hydrolysis tank. The layout and parallel working states of pumping assemblies existing and lately-increased are analyzed by computer-aided calculation and adjusted into a restrict condition: all of them are working in the high efficiency range. The result is existing (low pressure) reserved and two (high pressure) added. The practical operation almost confirms the calculation.
