影响肥胖儿童减肥治疗效果的因素

Evaluation of factors affecting the therapeutic efficacy of weight losing in obese children

目的了解影响肥胖儿童减肥治疗效果的因素。方法对本所47例肥胖儿童进行2年的综合治疗(包括饮食控制、行为疗法和运动训练),并对其治疗效果和影响因素进行分析。结果不同肥胖程度、家庭因素(包括家庭对减肥治疗的配合与否、母亲文化程度的高低及父母是否肥胖)的儿童减肥治疗效果明显不同(P值分别<0．01、0．05),而不同性别、年龄段(1．5-3．0和>3．0-6．0岁)及住宿方式(寄宿和非寄宿)的儿童减肥治疗的效果无明显不同(P值均>0．05)。结论儿童肥胖应尽早治疗,家庭因素对肥胖儿童的减肥治疗效果起至关重要的作用。

Objective To evaluate the factors affecting the therapeutic efficacy of weight losing in obese children. Methods Forty-seven obese children in the China Welfare Institute Nursery received general therapy for obesity, including dietary control, behavior therapy and exercise training. The therapeutic efficacy and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results The results were affected by several factors including the degree of child＇s obesity, his parents＇ cooperation during the treatment period, the degree of his parents＇ education and whether the parents were fat or not, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 or 0.01）. On the other hand, the gender, age （1.5-3.0 and 〉3.0-6.0 years） and the types of school（boarding school or day school） had no significant influence on the obesity therapy （P all 〉 0.05）. Conclusion For obese children, treatment should be started as early as possible; family factors including the support and cooperation of parents play extremely important role in the outcome. （Shanghai Med J, 2007, 30：351-353）
