连铸结晶器保护渣稳态润滑作用的简化数学分析

摘要 根据Navier-Stokes方程,并作若干简化假设,建立了描述连铸结晶器内保护渣润滑作用的数学模型.结合凝固规律可以预测结晶器保护渣物理性能和连铸工艺条件对润滑层厚度、保护渣消耗量、拉坯阻力和结晶器内传热的影响. The molten mould flux in a continuous casting process flows into the gap between the mould and the solidifying shell of slab and plays a role in lubrication. A mathematical model describing lubrication due to mould flux was established according to the Navier Stokes equation and some simplifying presumptions. By the mathematical model and the law of solidification, it is able to predict the effect of physical properties of the mould flux and process parameters of the continuous casting process on thickness of lubrication film, consumption of mould flux,resistance to pulling slab and heat transfer to the mould.
