摘要
研究了新设计的含硅中低碳空冷贝氏体钢的热处理工艺与冲击韧性。研究发现,该钢经连续冷却获得的贝—马复相组织具有高的韧性。经300℃回火后,钢的冲击韧性可达到96J/cm2,其韧性高于同一温度回火的马氏体组织。硅将回火脆性温度推向高温。
The relationship between heat treatment and impact toughness of a new type air cooling medium low carbon bainitic steel containing silicon was investigated. The experimental results indicate that higher impact toughness was achieved for the experimental steel with mixed bainite and martensite structure by continuous cooling. The top impact toughness can reach 96 J/cm 2 after tempering at 300 ℃, better than that of martensite tempered at the same tempereture. And the silicon can raise the tempering embrittlement tempereture to higher range. The rough widmanstatten microstructure in steel is harmful to impact toughness.
