摘要
叙述了抽油杆扶正器在国内外的研究应用及现状,对几种不同材料制成的扶正器进行了力学与物理性能指标的实验和研究,并模拟实际生产状态,自行研制一台扶正器磨损试验机.通过试验研究选出了材料性能好。
This paper is about the application and the present situation of the supporting instrument for drawing oil rods at home and abroad. Experiments on mechanical and physical characteristics have been done with the supporting insturment which is made of different materials. In the meantime, we simulated the actual production condition, and made a wear testing machine of supporting instrument. Through the trial and the application in the oil drawing production the material property of the instrument is fine and economical.
