血液透析超滤一维传质动力学模型的摄动解

STUDY ON ONE DIMENSIONAL MODEL FOR HEMODIALYSIS WITH ULTRAFILTRATION BY PERTURBATION METHOD

摘要 求出伴有超滤的血液透析一维传质动力学模型的摄动解并与解析解进行对比,发现在较大超滤速率范围(0≤QF≤60mL/min),二者吻合得很好,最大相对偏差低于5%;从理论上阐明,伴有超滤血流透析的清除率永远小于两个过程单独进行时的清除率之和;此外,扼要介绍了该模型的临床应用. The perturbation solution of one dimensional mass transfer model for hemodialysis with ultrafiltration is presented. The comparision between the perturbation solution and the analytical solution shows that the present results are in good agreement with that obtained by analytical solution even if the case of high ultrafiltration flows (0≤ Q F≤60mL/min), and its rclative crror is less than 5%. The theoretical analysis confirms that the overall clearance is smaller than the clearance of each process occurring separately. In addition, the clinical application of the present model is discussed.
