摘要
以3种钌卟啉[Ru(TPP)(CO),Ru(OEP)(CO),Ru(4-Cl-TPP)(CO)]作为超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)双功能模拟酶.核黄素-蛋氨酸光照法证实它们在10-6~10-5mol·L-1浓度范围内有清除O-·2的作用;分光光度法证实它们能催化H2O2的分解,且分解率随浓度增大而增大;用小鼠肝匀浆法测定Ru(TPP)(CO)、SOD和CAT。
In this article ,three Ru porphines[Ru(TPP)(CO),Ru(4 Cl TPP)(CO),Ru(OEP)(CO)]were considered as two mimic of superoxide dismutaes(SOD) and catalase (CAT).The catalytic efficiency of them on the disproportionaion of O 2 -· have been proved by using riboflavin methionine photoreduction method in the concentration range of 10 -6 ~10 -5 mol·L -1 .The catalytic efficiency of them at decomposing H 2O 2 have been performed by spectrophotometry.The percentage of decomposing H 2O 2 while the increasing the concentration of the imitating compounds.The lipid peroxidation produced in liver homogenated of mice was determined by spectrophotometry detecting the content of MDA.
