摘要
从味精厂废发酵液中分离得到2株谷氨酸生产菌噬菌体3C13和3C41.提纯的噬菌体经SDS-PAGE分析:3C13由1条主带、至少8条次带组成,多肽分子量在28840~95000道尔顿之间;3C41呈3条主带、3条次带,多肽分子量在17378~79433道尔顿之间.对提纯的核酸进行酶解消化、分子展层等生化分析以及限制性内切酶试验,证明2株噬菌体的核酸均为线状双链DNA.3C13核酸分子量为27.81×106道尔顿;3C41为27.
Bacteriophages 3C 13 and 3C 41 were isolated respectively from two strains of Glutamate producing bacteria that had become contaminated during an industrial fermentation.SDS PAGE showed that 3C 13 had one major band and more than eight minor bands, molecular weight of its polypeptide ranging from 28 840 to 95 000 daltons; as 3C 41 had three major bands,three minor bands and molecular weight from 17 378 to 79 433 daltons. Their nucleic acids were tested to linear ds DNA and the molecular weight of DNA were about 27.81×10 6 and 27.49×10 6 daltons respectively.
