摘要
针对目前使用的单速单轴绞车存在的钩速偏低、钻井效率低下、能耗量大等问题,研制了JC—70DB两挡齿轮传动单轴绞车。它由主传动系统和自动送钻系统构成。介绍了该绞车的传动原理和技术参数;分析了该绞车的钩速-钩载曲线。与JC—70DB一挡绞车相比,该绞车的钩速由原1.275m/s提高到1.75m/s,钩载最大提升能力比原来提高了18%,绞车的最高输入转速由2800r/min降低到2300r/min,有效地提高了电动机、变速箱、轴承等部件的使用寿命,具有广阔的应用前景。
The single shaft drawworks with two-shift gear drive is designed to solve the problems of higher power of motor, larger energy consumption, lower hook speed and drilling efficiency which are present in the currently-used single-shaft one-shift drawworks. The drive mechanism and technical parameters of the drawworks are shown in this paper. It consists of main drive system and automatic bit feeding system. The hook speed-hook load curve of the drawworks is analyzed. Compared with JC-70DB one-shift drawworks, the hook speed of the new drawworks is increased from 1.275 m/s to 1.75 m/s, the maximum lifting capacity of hook load is increased by 18% and the highest input rotating speed is decreased from 2 800 r/min to 2 300 r/min, effectively improving the service life of motor, gear box and bearing. It shows widespread application prospect.
