摘要 针对石油井下工具拆装维修设备现状及存在的问题,研制了连续大扭矩旋扣机,把以往的冲扣旋扣变为连续大扭矩旋扣,一次夹紧工件自动完成上扣或卸扣,大大提高了工作效率,同时减轻了对工具表面的损伤程度,扩大了工件夹持范围,增加了井下工具测试功能;另外还具有计量准确可靠、操作安全方便省力等特点。近1年的现场应用结果表明,新研制的连续大扭矩旋扣机综合了现有拆装设备的优点,各项性能指标均达到设计要求。 In consideration of the condition of maintenance device for downhole tools and the existing problem thereof, a continuous large torque spinner is developed. The previous punching and spinning method is changed to continuous large torque spinning. The make-and-break can be finished automatically by clamping workpieces at one time, thus greatly improving the working efficiency, reducing the damage on the tool surface, expanding the range of clamping workpieces and adding the testing function of downhole tools. In addition, it features accurate and reliable metering and safe, convenient and labor-saving operation. The field application result for about one year shows that the newly-developed spinner combines the advantages of existing tools with every parameter reaching the demand of the design.
