太极扣精密附着体修复KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损的临床效果观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect to KennedyⅡ Dentition Defect with ERA Resilient Precision Attachment

目的:观察太极扣精密附着体对KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损病例的临床修复效果。方法:采用太极扣精密附着体为KennedyⅡ类牙列缺损患者制作精密附着体义齿17件,观察其临床效果。结果:经过4个月～12个月的观察,94.1%以上的患者对义齿的美观性、舒适性、固位、咀嚼及发音情况表示满意。对34基牙进行检查,无扣痛、无松动,影像检查未见支持组织明显改变,其中3颗基牙牙龈边缘红肿经治疗后好转。结论:太极扣精密附着体系统具有较好的临床修复效果及应用前景。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ERA resilient precision attachment denture applied in Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect. Methods 17 pieces of ERA precision attachment denture were mamufactured for 17 patients with Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect. Results The patients with ERA resilient presision attachment denture were followed up for 4 to 12 months, more than 94.1% patient were satisfied with the beauty, cosiness, stableness, mastication and pronunciati-on. Rechecked the 34 abutment tooth carried out, none of the abutment tooth sensitive of percussion, cinch. There were no markedly change in the periodontal tissue to the X-ray examination. Only 3 abutment tooth gum marigin hyperemia and got cured after the perionontal treatment. Conclusion ERA resilient precision attachment is a good retainer applied in Kennedy Ⅱ dentition defect.
