小切口阑尾切除术73例分析

Analysis on 73 Cases of Appendectomy

目的:观察小切口阑尾切除术的手术疗效。方法:对2004年至2006年我院收治的阑尾炎患者采用低位小切口三针缝合法,观察手术效果。结果:小切口阑尾切除手术效果满意,随访半年未见任何并发症。结论:小切口阑尾切除术手术创伤小,时间短,患者恢复快,并发症少,是一种良好的阑尾炎的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of appendectomy via mini-incision. Methods From 2004 to 2006 , 73 patients with appendicitis were operated by mini - incision to investigate the clinical effect. Results All the patients were satisfied with the operations and they were followed up for a half year without any complications. Conclusion Appendectomy via mini-incision is a more popular choice for the patients because of its advantages of minimal invasion , early recovery , few complications and short hospitalization time.
