摘要
目的:探讨锤状指适合的治疗方法。方法:回顾总结了15例锤状指的治疗方法,新鲜损伤10例,陈旧损伤5例;其中4例新鲜闭合损伤及1例陈旧性损伤采取保守治疗,其余8例采取手术修复治疗,2例行指间关节融合术。结果:本组15例患者均获得满意效果。结论:根据锤状指的不同类型选择不同的治疗方法是获得满意疗效的关键。
Objective To discuss how to choose the appropriate method by means of judgement of injured condition. Methods To summarize retrospectively the methods of 15 cases,which contain 10 fresh-injury cases and 5 old-injury ones,In 5 cases which contain 4 fresh-closed-injury cases and 1 old-injury case, conservative method was adopted, In 8 cases surgical operation was carried out. In 2 cases arthrodesis was adopted, Results All the cases had excellent and good effect. Conclusion Choosing different method according to the different type of mallet finger is the key to get good outcomes.
