Vortex Motion and the Hall Effect in High-temperature Superconductors-A Time Dependant Ginzburg-Landan Theory Approach

本文从TDGL方程的各种形式出发，研究了高温超导体的涡旋运动的序参量，再利用层状模型（Lawrence-Doniach模型），将TDGL方程和L－D模型结合，从而讨论了高温超导体的Hall效应,涡旋运动的数字系数，可用序参量的解计算出来，并且从TDGL方程出发对涡旋运动方程进行了偏微分，从而计算出纵向传导和Hall传导，最后还讨论了Hall角的符号改变、Hall效应的奇异性。本文的结果与Hall效应的符号改变和混合态高温超导体观察到的Hall效应相符合。

Vortex motion in high-temperature superconductors is studied starting from a variant of the time-dependant Ginzburg - Landau equations, in which the order - parameter relaxation time is taken to be complex. Using the model of Lawrence- Doniach. I consider a time-dependant Ginzburg-Landau (TDGL) model modified and the model of Lawrence-Doniach to take into account the Hall effect. I have evaluated the pure number of vortex motion with the solved of the order-parameter relaxation time. I have made the model and have evaluated the derivative of vortex motion equation from TDGL, have eval-uated longitudinal conduction and Hall conduction. I have discussed sign change of the Hall angle and anomalous Hall effect. The results are discussed in light of rather puzzling sign change of the Hall effect which has been observed in the mixed state of the high - temperature superconductors.
