认真作好职业规划,提高高职高专学生就业能力

大学生就业难是众所周知的事实,尤其是高职高专学生,就业难度更大,而高职高专院校几乎占了我国高等教育的半壁江山。如何使毕业生顺利就业,是摆在我们面前的迫切问题。笔者认为,除提高教学质量,强化专科学生的技能优势,广开就业门路外,还应该帮助学生作好职业规划,提高学生的就业能力。

It is well - known that employment is difficult currently. Especially , it is much harder for college students to get a job. Now vocational school is the major part of China＇ s higher education. Successful employment of graduates is an urgent issue. The author believes that teachers should help students make plan for career, enhance their employment ability, in addition to improving teaching quality, strengthening the skills of the students, and broadening employment opportunities.
