康胃颗粒对实验性脾虚大鼠的健脾作用

Tonifying spleen effect of Kangwei granule on rats with experimental deficiency of spleen

目的探讨康胃颗粒的和胃健脾作用。方法通过实验性大鼠脾虚模型,进行体液免疫、肠蠕动、健脾等实验,观察免疫、肠蠕动和体质量、症状等改善情况。结果康胃颗粒可以有效地提高大黄所致脾虚大鼠的免疫力,加快胃、肠道的蠕动速度,提高墨汁在小肠中的推进率;对于喂饲猪油脂及卷心菜所致饮食失节脾胃损伤大鼠,可促进大鼠的体质量增长,改善其泄泻、纳呆、反应迟钝、被毛枯槁等症状及增加饮食量。结论康胃颗粒具有明显的和胃健脾作用和改善胃肠道功能的作用。

Objective It is to explore the tonifying spleen and normalizing stomach function of Kangwei granule. Methods The humoral immunity, enterokinesia and tonifying spleen experiments were performed on to observe the improvements of immunity, enterokinesia, body weight and symptom using experimental rat models of spleen deficiency. Results Kangwei granule can effectively improve the immunity of the rats with deficiency of spleen caused by rhubarb, speed up the peristalsis of stomach and intest, raise the progradation rate of the ink in intest. To the rats of unrestrained food and appetite trauma caused by feeding lard and cabbage, it can promote the growth of body mass and increase appetite, improving the symptom of decanta, anorexia, clumsy and withered hair. Conclusion Kangwei granule has an evident effect of tonifying spleen, normalizing stomach and can improve the function of gastrointestinal tract.
