摘要
提出一种针对由数字化仿形系统所采集的工件表面数据直接进行空间刀补的方法.采集过程中,除了记录点的坐标外,相对应的测头压偏量也被记录下来.运用空间矢量运算得到表面上各点的法矢,进行空间刀补.利用此方法设计了一套数据处理软件系统,实现了阴阳模配对加工等功能.它具有占用内存小、运行速度快、使用简单。
This paper describes a method that can make 3D cutter compensation by processing the data sampled on digitizing copying system. During the probe's sampling, not only the point coordinates, but also the stylus's deflections are recorded. By computing the space vectors, the normal vectors of the points on the sampled surface are got. A software system of data process for the machining of female male model is designed.
