基于变权理论建立变权综合评价模型对交叉口改善方案进行评价,可避免传统评价模型中采用常权的不合理性,同时可得出实施单向交通是改善交叉口交通状况最经济、有效的措施的结论。

A comprehensive evaluating model based on variable weight principle avoids the non-ratio- nality of constant weight in traditional evaluation model in crossroad improvement evaluation. The evaluated results show that one-way is the most economical and effectual measure to improve the crossroad traffic condition.
