Application of Value Management Research in the Design of Construction

价值管理研究在设计应用中要达到的重要目的之一就是考虑项目业主的价值取向,对业主强烈持有的价值观的理解。设计过程中引入价值管理研究,可以在设计的最初阶段对设计的本质问题进行探察,鼓励业主和用户对设计方案建立自己的设计和实践理念,以便设计师能从这些观点中获益,在设计过程中使得价值转化为设计因素。

As one of the important purposes, VMR（value management research） is applied in design,considering and understandingvalue of subject owner. Introducing VMR in designing process, can catch substance in initial designing phase and urge owner and user to construct their own practical and design ideas, so that designer can benefit from these ideas, and transfer them into designing factor.
