摘要
把两丢失优先级统计MUX中的排队系统等效分解成两个无丢失优先级的排队系统,得到了各类信元在突发级上的丢失率与缓冲容量之间关系的解析式.模拟实验表明:由这些解析式计算得到的各类信元在突发级上的丢失率非常精确。
The analysis of the burst level cell loss rates in a statistical MUX with two loss priority classes is an important problem in the study of traffic control in ATM networks. The queueing system in a statistical MUX with two loss priority classes is resolved equivalently into two queueing systems without loss priority classes and with existing results of investigation. The analytic expressions for the relation between the burst level loss rates of both kinds of cells and buffer size are derived. Simulation shows that the values of burst level cell loss rates worked out by these expressions are sufficiently accurate for practical purposes.
