摘要
合成7-(3-芳基)丙烯酰氧基-4-甲基香豆素类化合物.方法:以酰氯法,经酯化反应,制得7种相应香豆素类化合物.结果:结构经元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱确定7种化合物(Ⅲa—Ⅲg)未见文献报道.结论:用酰氯法制备7-(3-芳基)丙烯酰氧基-4-甲基香豆素类化合物是简便易行的.
Objective: The purpose is to synthesize 7-(3-Aryl) acryloxy-4-methyl Coumarins. Methods, Compounds were obtained from the reaction of 7-Hydroxy-4-methyl Coumarins with substituted cinnamic acid. Results. A series of 7-(3-Aryl) acryloxy-4-methyl Coumarins were synthesized. Their structures were unreported and unidentified by IR, UV and elemental analysis data. Conclusion- The method of synthesizing 7-(3-Aryl) acryloxy-4-methyl Coumarins is simple, convenient and feasible.
