摘要
目前中小学在开展校本研修中,存在着重视不够、流于形式、难以发挥先导作用、教师负担加重等问题。这些问题的存在直接阻碍教师专业发展,必须采取有效的对策,以完善校本研修工作机制。
We have some problems in school-based research, such as lacking in attention, paying too much attention to format, being difficult in the role of guiding, burdening the teachers and so on. These problems directly block teachers'development. We must take useful measures to improve the school-based research.
