The Serial Investigation on Drug Situations in "Golden Triangle" Area(Part Ⅱ) ——A Research on Foreign Drug Penetration Situation in the Border Areas of Puer Prefecture and Myanmar,Laos and Vietnam as well as of Xishuangbanna Prefecture and Laos

2007年1月14日至20日,国家社科项目"‘金三角’地区毒品对我渗透的新变化及应对策略研究"课题组赴普洱市和西双版纳傣族自治州对"金三角"地区毒品对我渗透形势进行了调研。近年来,两地境外在国际社会及中国政府的支援下,大力开展替代种植成效显著,但毒品渗透随之发生了一些新情况和新变化,值得我们重视。

During January 14 to 20, 2007, the team of National Sociology Project ＂Study on Application Strategy and New Situation of Golden Triangle Drug Penetration in China＂ went field study to Puer city and Xishuangbanna autonomous prefecture of Dai nationality, researching on ＂Golden Triangle＂ drug penetration situation towards China. Findings： In recent years, enjoying the international and Chinese government＇s support, the two prefectures do a great job on opium/poppy control alternative development, but there is some new situation and change emerged in drug penetration, which will draw our attentions.
