警务技能战术训练中模拟实战训练之我见

Own Opinion on Simulated Tactics Training in Policing Tactics Training

目前,世界各国警务战术的教学理论与实战都向模拟实战方向发展,在我国,贴近实战的训练已成为新形势下警务技能训练的重要理念和训练方法。因此,在模拟实战训练中,具体策略应从提高民警实战能力、制定与实战同步的训练计划、按照各警种的岗位职责进行训练、制定与实际相应的训练模式、综合实战演练等五个方面入手。

At present, the teaching theory and practice on policing tactics are developing in the direction on simulated tactics training throughout the world. In China, under the new circumstance, the simulated tactics training is becoming a key concept and training approache on policing skill training. During the process of tactics training, the strategies should go to： 1 ） Improve the police~ skills on tactics ; 2） Make the training scheme along with tactics ; 3 ） Carry out the tailored course. 4） Make the module corresponding to practice; 5） Carry out comprehensive tactics drilling.
