摘要
应用化学絮凝法和氧化法相结合的方法对造纸黑液进行了研究.采用不同的絮凝剂分别对造纸黑液进行处理,筛选出了絮凝剂的种类并确定了最佳用量.然后将其配制为复合絮凝剂,对造纸黑液进行处理,使COD指标由原来的11000 mg/L降至1750 mg/L;再经选用的氧化剂进行氧化处理,可使COD值降至166 mg/L.经过处理的废水,可作为造纸制浆的二次用水,使造纸废水达到循环利用,实现零排放.
The wastewater of papermaking was regarded as researching object. The wastewater was disposed by several flocculants, and COD value was lowered from 11 000 mg/L to 1750 mg/L. Then method of oxidization was used, COD value was lowered 166 mg/L. The wastewater was disposed and used as water of paper pulp. Wastewater of papermaking was used circularly and was not exhausted.
