摘要
阐述了三维电动机矢量控制的基本原理.分析表明,只有在磁场定向、转子恒磁链运行及转矩全可控这三个条件都得到满足的情况下,才能正确实现三维电动机的电磁解耦控制.而其中关键在于电机的定转子电流能得到精确控制.给出了采用IGBT智能模块构成主电路的三维电动机控制系统,并对电流环部分进行了详细分析.给出了实测波形.
The basic principle of vector control of the three dimensional motor (3DM) is described. To achieve the vector control of 3DM, three conditions must be satisfied, that is, the field orientation, constant rotor flux linkage and full controllable torque, the key being the accurate control of the stator and rotor currents. The control circuit including the inverter circuit consisting of IGBT intelligent power module is presented and a detailed analysis is made of the current loop. Experimental results are given.
