The slow - moving development in the urbanization process is dup to the historical and current reasons. It decides the complex nature and particularity in the way of urban- ization process. The problem of urbanization will be concerned with the strategy of the quickly continou growth of Chinese economic and the sustainable development of the society. This article analyses the problem in the reforming census register system and speeding up urbanization process, and puts forward the idea to deal with speeding up urbanization process in China.
