摘要
在2004的中央经济工作会议上,“促进中部地区崛起”被列为2005年我国经济发展的重点之一,中部经济的塌陷现象成为理论界普遍关注的焦点,专家学者纷纷提出促进中部地区崛起的政策建议。造成中部塌陷的原因有多种,现行税收优惠体系不合理是一个主要原因。改革和调整现有的税收优惠体系,促进区域经济的协调发展已成为我国国民经济持续快速发展的关键。
During the CP conference of economic works in 2004, ＂accelerating the spring of middle China＂ has been ranked as one of key tasks for the economic development in 2005. Exports focus their studies on the economic subside of middle China, and they propose many suggestions about how to accelerate the spring of middle China. There are many causes for this actuality, the impertinency of our tax preference system is a main reason. How to adjust present tax preference system to promote the harmonious development regional economy has become a key issue for sustainable development. This article will give some suggestion.
