On the Selection of Financial Development Mode in China

从分业到混业是金融体制的顺势变迁,在中国金融模式下,分业制度对培育金融职能曾有积极的意义。开展银证保合作有利于提高整个金融系统执行金融职能的效率,但需要金融监管创新来提供安全保障。

For the financial system, the transition from segregation to integration is an accommodation process. As for the China＇s financial model, the system of segregation had been kept active in the improvement of financial duty. The cooperation between banks, insurance and negotiable security is benefit to improve the efficient of the whole financial system, but it needs the protection offered by the innovation of financial supervise.
