摘要 草铵膦(Basta)是一种含有除草功效的氨基酸,通常采用有机合成法制得,但合成产物中含有大量的无机盐与有机杂质,难以用普通方法分离。采用201×7强碱性阴离子交换树脂吸附无机杂质,再用HCl洗脱,可得纯度很高的产品。洗脱液在乙醇中结晶,含量可达99%以上。 Glufosinate-ammonium (Basta) is a kind of amino acids which contain a weeding, produced by organic synthesis method. However, the product, which contains large amountsof inorganic salts and foreign matter. Separation is difficult to usegeneral methods. Used 201×7 strong base anion exchange resin adsorption inorganic impurities, reuse HCl eluting, got high purity products. Wash juice is crystallized in alcohol. Its content can be over 90%.
