对扩大基层民主以思考命题的方式进行研究和阐述,希望以全新的视角,审视扩大基层民主意义及其可能性,探索可能的发展空间,为扩大基层民主提供某些方面的智力支持。
In order to provide some aspects of the intellectual support to expand the basic - level democracy, this paper studies and explains it by the style of thinking. It hopes that with new perspective to examine the possibility of expanding the basic-level democracy and its significance and to explore the possible development space.
