摘要
后农业税时代乡镇治理的最大危机是乡镇政府公信力的丧失,而公信力的缺失又使乡镇治理陷入了最艰难的境地。本文分析了乡镇政府公信力丧失的原因,并对提升乡镇政府公信力的有效途径进行了初步分析。
The radical crisis of township governance is the loss of government＇ s trustiness in the post- agricultural- taxes times, which put township governance into formidable plight. In this article, the author analyzed causations of the loss of government＇ s trustiness, and put forward some effective approaches to improve trustiness of township government.
