严重腹腔感染时溶菌酶在小肠隐窝Paneth细胞中的表达

摘要 目的探讨严重腹腔感染时溶菌酶在小肠隐窝Paneth细胞中的表达变化规律及其意义。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为空白对照组(仅行单纯剖腹手术)和腹腔感染(采用盲肠结扎加穿孔法制作严重腹腔感染模型)术后12,24,48h组,每组10只,处死后,取距回盲部10cm处回肠组织2cm,应用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠严重腹腔感染前后LZM染色阳性Paneth细胞数量的变化。结果正常Wistar大鼠肠黏膜隐窝底部Paneth细胞中LZM仅有微弱表达,而感染后肠黏膜隐窝底部Paneth细胞中强表达LZM。结论严重腹腔感染早期LZM表达增高,在一定程度上反映肠上皮干细胞增殖状态,提示LZM表达与严重腹腔感染时肠道黏膜损伤修复密切相关。 Objective To study the expression of LZM in Paneth cells of small intestine crypt during severe abdominal infection. Methods Fourty healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (celiotomy ones only) and group of 12, 24, 48 hours post -operation of abdominal infection respectively. (This group was treated by Cecal ligation plus puncture (CLP) to establish the severe abdominal infection models). Each group contained 10 rats. After the rats were sacrificed, 2 cm of the ileum tissue 10 cm from ileocecal junction was sampled. Paneth cells were examined by immunohistochemistry, with LZM staining and the number of positive cells were invertigated. Results The expression of LZM in Paneth was stronger in severe abdominal infection than that of normal crypt of small intestine. Conclusion The expression of LZM is induced by severe abdominal infection. It suggested that LZM might reflect the proliferative state of intestinal stem cells during severe abdominal infection, and play an important role in damage and repair of enteric mucosa.
