广东地区宫颈癌HPV52型L1基因突变分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查我国广东地区宫颈癌患者组织中HPV52型的感染率及L1基因突变特性,为制备适合中国人群的疫苗提供流行病学资料。方法采用HPV通用引物对130例宫颈癌标本中的HPVL1区基因序列进行PCR扩增,并结合基因测序分析。结果获得HPV52型8例,检出率为6.15%,对所获得的各例HPV52L1基因测序分析。结论与Genbank标准株相比,广东地区发现的HPV52L1基因有多处突变,与香港发现的HPV52突变株相近。
