甲状腺肿瘤中垂体肿瘤转化基因-1与微血管密度表达关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究垂体肿瘤转化基因-1(pituitary tumor-transforming gene1,PTTG)与微血管生成在原发性甲状腺肿瘤中表达及与病变的关系。方法对于87例原发性甲状腺肿瘤(乳头状腺癌38例,滤泡性腺癌21例,未分化癌5例,腺瘤23例)分别应用免疫组化方法检测PTTG及CD34表达情况。结果PTTG及CD34在各甲状腺肿瘤及间质组织均存在表达,PTTG在腺癌组表达高于腺瘤(P<0.01),微血管密度(MVD)在腺癌组表达显著高于腺瘤组(P<0.01);PTTG及MVD有正相关性(r=0.43,P<0.01)。结论PTTG及MVD的表达与甲状腺肿瘤显著相关,检测PTTG及MVD水平对于鉴别原发性甲状腺癌具有重要参考意义。
