摘要
等温淬火是提高奥氏体-贝氏体钢性能的重要手段,选择合理的奥氏体化温度对提高奥氏体-贝氏体钢性能具有重要意义。本文通过试验测定了ZG30MnCrSi的相变临界温度Ac3,在此基础上研究了不同奥氏体化温度对ZG30MnCrSi淬火后硬度和冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,在880~940℃范围内进行奥氏体化,并在300℃×45min等温淬火后,ZG30MnCrSi的硬度随温度升高而明显下降;而冲击韧度随奥氏体化温度升高而明显增大,但温度超过920℃时,冲击韧度改善不明显,兼顾冲击韧度与耐磨性,ZG30MnCrSi适宜的奥氏体化温度范围为900~920℃。
Isothermal quenching treatment is one of effective methods to improve properties of austenitic-bainitic steel. It is very important for steel austenitized to define the correct austenitizing temperature and time by experiment. It has an influence on properties of austenitic-bainitic steel. In this work, the phase transformation critical temperature Ac3 was tested by thermal simulation apparatus, type Gleeble-1500 and the effects of austenitizing temperature and time on the hardness and impact toughness of isothermal quenched ZG30SiMnCr were investigated. The results show that the hardness of ZG30SiMnCr austenitized at the temperatures form 880 13 to 940 ℃ and isothermal quenched at 300 13 for 45 min decreases obviously with the temperature. Its impact toughness increases noticeably with the temperature and does not vary remarkably once the temperature excess 920 13. Acorrect austenitizing temperature range for the alloy ZG30MnCrSi is from 900 ℃to 920℃ so that a good comprehensive property combined high hardness and impact toughness can beabtained.
