摘要
500t门式起重机的结构形式为双箱梁型,额定起重量450t,2台门式起重机采用四点起吊三点平衡的起升原理跨墩抬吊1根高速铁路32m、24m或20m双线整孔箱形混凝土梁。从设计、制造、试验等方面对该500t门式起重机的研制过程进行了详细的叙述。
The developed 500 t gantry crane features double box girder structure and a rated capacity of 450 t and is used to hoist and install railway box concrete beams, This paper discusses design, manufacture and test of the 500 t gantry crane.
