摘要
从传统的起重机QR1S控制柜出发,通过比较遥控器简单主令和QR1S自身主令的复杂要求,利用传统的继电器控制,将遥控器主令动作点通过不同的逻辑组合,得到在继电器控制状态下等效主令输出,进而和QR1S控制柜接口,得到了在继电器控制遥控操作下的QR1S控制柜线路,最后利用PLC先进功能对遥控器主令控制下的QR1S控制柜线路进行PLC逻辑化等效转换。
By comparing complex requirements in simple main instructions of remote controller with traditional QR1S, the acting points of main instrucfions from remote controller are logically combined using traditional relay control to get the equivalent out put instrucfions connecting QR1S and the electric circuit diagram of QR1S cabinet with relay control. Logical and equivalent transformation of the electric circuit of QR1S control cabinet with master remote controller is conducted by means of PLC.
