摘要
以知识经济和信息化为背景,讨论了当前高校图书馆人力资源现状及存在的问题,提出了从观念、规划、配置、开发等环节优化人力资源的对策建议。
This article shows the present situation of human resources in a university library,discusses the problems that exist at the background of knowledge economy and information times, and put forward some suggestions to improve the human resources management in many respects such as concept , scheme, personnel arrangement , exploiting so as to take advantages of human resources.
