摘要 人本管理突出人在管理中的主导地位和能动作用,突现以人为中心的人与组织共同发展的理念,它有针对性地冲击和改变高校后勤员工队伍中各种落后的认识和管理,能有效地促进高校后勤建设高素质的员工队伍,改变后勤员工的精神面貌和综合素质,实现后勤的和谐、跨越式发展。 The Human Oriented Management highlights the dynamic role and dominant position of human resource in the field of management, which upholds the idea of co - development between human and organization. Not only has the human oriented management dramatically influenced and changed the lagging concept and management in logistic department of colleges, it also helps to changed the comprehensive attainment of personnel, establish a group of people with high quality and profession, thus realizes the concordant development by leaps and bounds.
