摘要
高校基本建设工作是保证高校发展的重要基础条件,工程质量、施工进度与投资效益是基建工作的主题,就如何做好高校基建管理工作这一问题,结合基建工程管理过程中,科学管理从施工设计图纸变更处理,施工技术方案、隐蔽工程检查、材料质量验收、等方面进行了探讨。
College capital construction is the essential condition to ensure its development. An overall analysis is presented in the paper of the problem on how to manage the quality supervision over college capital construction. And it also discussed in the article are problems from modification of construction blueprints to scientific management of concealed construction site, such as progress rate, technique, technological process, organization, operation, finance, and acceptance examination.
