摘要
通过运用消费者行为理论和道格拉斯.麦格雷格的XY理论对企业在进行员工培训时应选择何种投资方式、投资多大比例以及这个比例受那些因素的影响进行了一定的分析研究,认为企业在员工培训投资时应选择补贴性投资,且投资比例一般不应低于培训费用总额的1/2,同时指出了一些相关的影响因素。
Ultilizing the theory of consumer behavior and Douglas McGregor's XY theory, this paper analyzes choosing which kind of investment models, how much the proportion of the total investment the enterprise should get, and the factors that affect the proportion of the total investment. It points out that the enterprise should choose the model of subsidizing investment, the proportion of the total investment the enterprise should get is more than 1/2, and some factors that affect the total investment.
