摘要
在当今竞争日益激烈的知识经济时代,知识型员工作为掌握科学技术知识的人才成为各企业争夺的对象。如何减少本企业知识型员工的流失,降低流失风险,已成为我国企业管理者所关注的一大课题。就这一问题进行了初步探讨:从知识型员工流失的成因着手分析,阐述了这一现象对企业造成的影响,继而提出了几种知识型员工流失风险的管理对策。
In the background of the heatingly competitive knowledge economy era, knowledge staffs, the personnel who graasp the science and technology, are the prey of corporations. Managers in domestic corporations have focused on how to shrink the loss of knowledge staffs or how to hold down the risk of losing knowledge staffs. This thesis paper conducts a preliminary probe into this problem, such as the reason, the influence and some countermeasures.
