摘要
随着跨国公司(中国区)人力资源开发本土化进程的加快,跨国公司知识型员工的管理已经提到议事日程。然而,跨国公司特殊的性质和文化背景,以及知识型员工自身的特点,使得管理这部分人需要理论的创新和实践的突破。知识型员工管理中存在一定的问题,但也已形成较成熟的对策和理论,比如——营造创新文化,实行柔性管理。此外,还要重视中国古代管理思想在跨国公司知识型员工管理中的作用。
Along with the pace of human resource development in multinational corporations (China) for localization, the management of knowledge -based staff in MNCs has been put on the schedule. However, because of the special nature and cultural background of MNCs, as well as the knowledge - based staff's own characteristics, this kind of management needs to be innovated both in theory and practice. Although there are some problems in the management of knowledge - based staff, the theories and countermeasures have been developed into maturity, such as creating innovative culture and practicing flexible management. In addition, the function of Chinese ancient management thoughts in the management of MNCs' knowledge - based staff should be emphasized.
