摘要
介绍了微机化微电流电分析仪的工作原理,并着重从稳定度和精度出发设计一种具有量程自动搜索/转换的电流—电压转换单元及其他电路.该仪器可准确。
This paper introduces briefly the principles of the microcomputer-based electroanalysis instrument for the microcurrent . Based on stability and accuracy, a current-voltage conversion unit with the automatic range search/conversion and other circuits are devised. The microcurrent can be measured fast and accurately over 10 -5 ~10 -11 .
