一个时期以来,高校出现了与建设节约型高校相悖的现象,有限的教育经费不是花在培养学生和科研上,而是热衷于“面子工程”。为此,高校要认真贯彻落实教育部关于建设节约型学校的通知精神,采取有力措施,制止与建设节约型高校相悖的行为。

Recently in Chinese universities,investment made on the so-called image projects rather than on the education and scientific research is believed to be contradictory to the building of the conservation-minded society.The writer argues it is time to answer the calls made by the Mimistry of Education to construct a resources-economical university ,and to take strong measures to put an end to any acts of such rature.
