摘要
针对温度传感器的动态校准问题,介绍了一瞬态表面温度传感器动态校准系统,以此对Butt-Welded热电偶进行了动态性能实验研究,获取其时间常数为41.6 ms,实验的动态重复性为0.72%,不确定度为0.3 ms。结果表明:系统动态重复性好,测试精度较高。经动态校准获取该Butt-Welded热电偶的动态温度修正值为300℃。研究结果对温度传感器的研究和应用具有一定的参考价值。
On the study of the dynamic calibration of temperature sensor, a dynamic calibration system for transient surface is introduced. The dynamic performance of Butt-Welded thermocouple temperature sensor is tested with the system,its time constant is 41.6 ms, dynamic repeatability of the experimental results is 0.72 %, the uncertainty is 0.3 ms. The results show that the dynamic repeatability is good ,the precision of measurement is high, Through dynamic calibration, the modified value of dynamic temperature obtained is 300℃. The research results have some application values to the research and the use of temperature sensor.
